2. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly — including your name, email, billing details and business preferences. We also collect usage data, device information and log data automatically when you use the platform. When you connect third-party tools like HubSpot or Gmail, we access only the data needed to run your agents.
Information you provide:
Name and email address when you create an account
Billing and payment information when you subscribe to a paid plan
Business details and preferences when setting up your agents
Messages and communications when you contact our support team
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send important account updates and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to anyone under any circumstances.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your data. We only share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, when required by law, or with your explicit consent. All service providers are contractually bound to keep your data secure.
Service providers: We work with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our platform including payment processors, cloud hosting providers and analytics tools. These providers are contractually obligated to keep your information secure and confidential.
Business transfers: If AgentOps is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
5. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. AgentOps is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Every agent runs in an isolated environment and your data is never shared between accounts. We conduct regular security audits to keep your information safe.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specific retention periods are as follows:
Account data — Retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of account closure
Agent run logs — Retained for 7 days on Free, 30 days on Starter, 90 days on Business and indefinitely on Enterprise
Billing records — Retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
Support communications — Retained for 2 years from the date of resolution
7. Cookies
We use essential, analytics and preference cookies to operate and improve the platform. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.
8. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect tools like Slack, HubSpot or Gmail, we only request the minimum permissions needed. We never store data from these services beyond what is required for agent execution. You can disconnect any integration from your dashboard at any time.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data at any time. To exercise any of these rights contact us at privacy@agentops.ai. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make significant changes we will notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of AgentOps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
